Lee Bailham joins our company as the new Head of the Family Law Department.

We are excited to announce that Lee Bailham has joined our company as the new Head of the Family Law Department.

Lee qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and brings years of experience in Family Law as well as a proven track record in cases across the whole spectrum of family law.

He specialises in divorce, finance disputes, child arrangement disputes, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements. On many occasions, Lee has worked with the most senior family law barristers in the country on significant asset cases or those with a level of complexity.

In 2012, he qualified as a Mediator. It provided Lee with a new perspective on family law cases.

Lee is a member of Resolution and is also a qualified Resolution Accredited Advisor in Complex Financial Cases (1 & 2) arising from divorce or separation.

In his free time, Lee is a Rugby Union fan, hoping England will at some point repeat their 2003 World Cup win!

Ancient and contemporary history are subjects Lee dabbles in but hasn’t mastered.

We are confident that Lee will bring fresh ideas and energy to our Family Law team.
