Heald Solicitors LLP acted for Mr Peter Eccleson in the sale of his business ‘Smart Video & Sensing Ltd’ now ‘smartmicro UK Limited’, which was recently completed on 1st of June, 2023

The Corporate & Commercial team at Heald Solicitors assisted Mr Eccleson in the sale of his business to the well-established German company, s.m.s smart microwave sensors GmbH. The transaction was led by Partner David Dees, supported by his trainee Alejandra Lopez-Chang.

Smart Video & Sensing Ltd and smartmicro have had a long-term partnership since 2017, and now the two have become one, establishing smartmicro UK Limited. This transaction welcomes smartmicro into the UK market.
