Heald complete the sale of ‘the Alarm Guy Group Limited’

We are proud to announce that the Corporate and Commercial team at Heald Solicitors headed by Partner David Dees and assisted by trainee Ollie Anderson recently completed the sale of the company ‘the Alarm Guy Group Limited’ on 03 April 2023!

The team worked collaboratively with Mr Manning, the owner, throughout the transaction, using a pragmatic approach to deal with any issues.
