Covid-19 - Business continuity

The Covid-19 pandemic is the most challenging situation since the financial crisis of 2008. We have been closely monitoring events in order to ensure that we can maintain our services to you whilst keeping both you and our colleagues safe.

We are monitoring the advice of the UK Government, Public Health England and the NHS daily and implementing their recommendations and guidance to help reduce the risks to both clients and staff.

While Covid-19 is around we strongly suggest meetings are carried out by phone or video conferencing, rather than meeting in person.

Covid-19 Heald’s Approach

As part of our business resilience planning we are able to provide all of our services with a minimal office presence and most staff working from home. The security of your confidential information is our highest priority so we have implemented secure remote access to our systems.

Our new telephone system allows smooth communication between staff and clients wherever they are working. This includes new phone and video conferencing facilities as well as the existing direct dial facility.

Whatever happens in the coming weeks we will be ready to support your businesses and personal matters whilst maintaining a safe working environment for you and our colleagues.
