As well as a good academic record and relevant experience, we are interested in your extra-curricular activities, as we feel a diverse mix of people with different views, experiences and interests can only be good for us as a firm. The field of activity – sport, music, politics, the arts, faith group, charity/community work etc. is not important. If you have travelled, the destination is less important to us than what you did on your journey.

As part of our team, you will be exposed to a wide variety of legal matters, working alongside your colleagues in different practice areas. This will enable you to build in-depth insights into the issues facing our clients so they get the best holistic and proactive legal advice possible. We believe collaboration is key to avoiding the silo effect and will expand your breadth of experience like no other firm.
Just as we communicate to our clients in plain English, we also do that internally and everyone can have an input and be listened to. We have created a close supportive community within the firm and cake and chocolate is often involved.
