Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the Residential Conveyancing team at our Buckingham office and are offering a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity and re-mortgage matters
- Providing an efficient and personal service to our clients
- Building relationships with clients and other industry stakeholders
- Using our case management system to keep everything up to date and accurate
- Being a good team player who can assist other members of the team where appropriate
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years PQE
- Experience and competency in a variety of different conveyancing areas including (but not limited to) freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as Transfers of Equity and Re-mortgages.
