Private Client Secretary

We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Buckingham team and are keen to receive CVs from people with a background in Private Client matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaising with clients / scheduling appointments – general diary management;
  • Opening & closing files;
  • Carrying out AML procedures;
  • Digital dictation;
  • Crafting correspondence;
  • Crafting documents to include Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and Grant of Probate applications;
  • General assistance with Probate, Estate Administration and Trust matters;
  • Preparing invoices and payments.

Experience & Requirements

  • Private Client experience essential

Candidate Attributes

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Good computer literacy (word, excel, outlook), including, working knowledge of case management software;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; and
  • An understanding of Private Client matters.
