Post-Completion Assistant
We are looking to recruit a Post-Completion Assistant to join our team and are keen to speak to people with a strong background within Residential Conveyancing.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with registrations;
- Monitoring applications submitted to the Land Registry;
- Dealing with requisitions raised by the Land Registry;
- Sending completed registrations to clients, mortgage lenders and any third party;
- Returning residual balances;
- Closing files.
Experience & Requirements
- A strong background working in post-completion work essential;
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
