Key Responsibilities

The conduct of separation and divorce cases.
Advising and negotiating financial settlements including both needs cases and high net worth cases.
Advising on and drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements.
Conduct of child arrangement cases.
Be willing and able to represent clients at court for routine and preliminary hearings.
Preparation of cases for major hearings or trial.

Experience & Requirements

You will be an experienced solicitor or legal executive.

Candidate Attributes

Able to show empathy and an ability to calmly handle cases that contain highly emotive elements and life changing situations for clients.
Be willing to adopt the firm's culture of high client care whoever that client may be.
Have the ability to work as part of a team both within the family department and across the firm.
