Family Lawyer

Key Responsibilities
- The conduct of separation and divorce cases.
- Advising and negotiating financial settlements including both needs cases and high net worth cases.
- Advising on and drafting pre and post-nuptial agreements.
- Conduct of child arrangement cases.
- Be willing and able to represent clients at court for routine and preliminary hearings.
- Preparation of cases for major hearings or trial.
Experience & Requirements
You will be an experienced solicitor or legal executive.
Candidate Attributes
- Able to show empathy and an ability to calmly handle cases that contain highly emotive elements and life changing situations for clients.
- Be willing to adopt the firm's culture of high client care whoever that client may be.
- Have the ability to work as part of a team both within the family department and across the firm.
