Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor Property
With a growing client base the department is looking for a solicitor who thrives delivering excellent work. Heald Solicitors work for a wide range of clients across sectors including property development, drinks hospitality and leisure; property investors; retail; owner managed businesses and agriculture.
Key Responsibilities
- Working on personal case load as well as part of the team to support our growing client base.
- Help as part of the team on the larger transactions and also to run their own case load.
- Provide an efficient and business like service is key to Heald’s clients.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to be exposed to Heald’s large portfolio of business-owning clients and HNW private clients.
Experience & Requirements
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and Tenant (negotiating new and renewal leases, ancillary documentation, 1954 Act applications and advising on implications of documentation)
- Infrastructure agreements
- Property related construction documentation
Qualifications
The candidate should have at least 5 years PQE.

Location
Based in our Milton Keynes office for at least 2 days per week combined with flexible home working.
Salary
Competitive salary and target based bonus scheme.
