Peter’s Qualifications
- Peter is highly knowledgeable, having qualified as a solicitor in 1975.
- Peter is also a Notary Public appointed by the Court of Faculties of the Archbishop of Canterbury and subject to regulation by the Master of the Faculties. The rules which affect Notaries are very similar to the rules which affect Solicitors. They must be fully insured and maintain fidelity cover for the protection of their clients and the public. Notaries have to renew their practising certificates every year and can only do so if they have complied with the rules.
It’s not all about work
First and foremost, Peter enjoys the company of his family and friends. He also enjoys classical music with Mahler’s third symphony being his favourite piece, eating out especially baked cod (which he first tried on a train journey), walking his Airedale Terrier and collecting railwayana.
