Paula is seen as a composed and informative source of information. She says that she knows if someone’s opening sentence is; “I know this is a silly question”, or – “can you explain...” that it is up to her to help them understand and she is grateful that colleagues, suppliers and clients all feel that they can ask her anything.
In Paula’s role, it is important that she keeps abreast of any updates from Solicitors Regulation Authority and she has also been trained in Anti-Money Laundering.

It’s not all about work
Outside of work, Paula is a Reiki Practitioner, which probably goes some way to explain her calm demeanour and ability to put people at ease. She also enjoys making her garden a social place for friends and family to visit, cooking and arts and crafts. Paula is a member of The Rotary Club.
